RecruitMilitary’s Military Sourcing Services (MSS) product is off to a great start in 2012. Since launching this Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) product in September 2011, we have seen a steady increase in placements. Large, well-known energy companies have used MSS to hire high-performing military veterans – and, due to this success, have renewed their services with RecruitMilitary. So far in 2012, we have averaged three or four placements a week in various blue-collar industries. The graphic in this article shows how MSS works.
